Advise on service offering using Xibo to ending customer

Dear all,

I just discover Xibo and we have the intention to used it in White label in order to provide it as a service to potential customers. But we have some wierd question on the way those service can be justify in front of a customer and would love to share with you how do you operate.

First of all, the type of service we can offer Xibo as a service to a customer is definitly support, help on designiong screen design, planning schedule, etc…

But in case customer want to do this by himself, as Xibo is a free open source platform, which service can we justify or apply in that sense ? would be difficult to explain to customer that we are charging service on a free platform.

Any advise ?
