Adding text widget in a playlist

i have a marquee left widget in a playlist
i want to add another marquee left to this playlist it seems right but the text stay fix it dont marquee left at all and it dont last 30 seconds

with this api call : ip/api/playlist/widget/text/26

i get this reponse

what does marqueeinlineselector means ?
