Adding extern background, text bakgrounds are all black

Hello, I am building an application for a user that generate’s there background image with a color bar, I want to insert this into a xibo layout directly, but I am getting on the text fields a black layout.
Here is the XML I am using now: xml - pastebin also the image is correct in the db(image)
Also the image is correct in the lKlayoutmedia(https://i.gyazo.com/9d8b409d5e3e686e2de8fac3a533888c.png)

Here is how it looks in the windows xibo player:

I tried the background images already as .gif and as .png but nothing is working so far… can somewone help me find the problem? I am already trying to fix this problem for 2 days.

Just fixed it… Forgot to use a jpg beacuse gif and also png gives this bug. so jpg is the solution

Sorry for the delay, things have been busy! You are correct - the windows player does not support anything other than JPG backgrounds due to the way we have to overlay the background image in the regions that sit ontop.
