You mean the pub date from the rss feed in ticker?
There is Date in Available Substitutions which you can add and it should display it (if it’s in the feed of course).
Then on advanced tab there is Date Format, so you can change the format in which the date will be displayed.
or do you mean the latest news on status dashboard page?
