About no internet connection at player

Issue

i want to ask about internet connection at player. example like this, if my player got no internet connection, can it run the last content with the same schedule until 3 or 4 month without internet ?

Welcome to the community.

The Player will, download two days of content and schedule each time it connects to the CMS and will cache content (video, images, text ) to the Player so it can continue to Play offline. After this time the Player will then show the default layout until it connects to the CMS again as the default layout is always kept downloaded on the Player.

The amount of content that Players will cache is determined by the ‘Send files in advance?’ setting which is on the General tab of the Settings page. This determines how many seconds into the future the calls to RequiredFiles should look. By default this is set to 2 days so you would need to increase this setting in seconds to suit. [image]
