For the original poster (OP) to fill in:

Introduction

In the Event a Webpage cannot be displayed, a page that will be shown in its place, as a fallback.

User Story

An example of this would be if a User has scheduled a Layout containing a webpage to appear on their Display, however an issue causes the page to no longer appear. The User could have an option to set a Fallback page that will only appear in the Event the originally scheduled page cannot display.
