Having a bit of trouble with this one and hoping there’s some assistance. I have 20 brand new LG running Web OS 6 with S/W version 03.11.10.
They aren’t on the compatibility chart but am hoping they’ve just not been tested and left off accordingly.
Has anyone attempted or succeded getting Xibo working on this model yet?

I think I ay have replied to this request in a ticket on the help desk. The 50UR640S0TD does not include the required software to run the Xibo for webOS player. Unfortunately this means that the displays you have purchased will not be compatible with the Xibo player. All digital signage displays that are supported are listed in the supported model documentation.
