WARNING the release broke my cms,
the first time i thought that I have made a error while doing it, the CMS-WEB never come up again.
so I reload a backup from my vm, trie again, take my time…

I am at 4.0.10, im upgrading like I always Have but I get this error Config
I don’t see anything else in your question, What was the error?
Maybe redownload your the package update and start from scratch with the configs.
