1.8Alpha3 (RC1?) - Maintenance Database Cleanup

I was looking to moving from alpha3 to RC1. While doing so I noticed that it did not look like the following tables are not cleared of old entries.

oauth_access_tokens
oauth_access_token_scopes
oauth_sessions
oauth_session_scopes
