XiboClient error in quartz.dll - Unhandled Exception

Hi, i’ve been running xibo on a few clientes to test its functionality, and in some of those clientes i keep getting error after a while playing the vídeos it pop out a Window saying:
Xibo Open Source encountered a problem and needs to be closed.

On event viewer every time i get this screen it shows te following two events:

I’m running crazy because of this problem since i have the exactly the same configuration on all computers and only a few shown this error.

I tried to update .Net but it hasn’t fixed the problem, also i tried to completely remove .Net and reinstall it, still the error occur.

I’ve checked virtual memory, codecs and also the media player but nothing resolved this problem.

Have anyone ever found this error or could give some tips to where do i have to look to fix it?

That file is part of DirectX - so perhaps try either removing DirectX, or upgrading it?

Alternatively, it may be an issue with graphics drivers. Please ensure you have the very latest graphics drivers from your GPU manufacturer.

Hi Alex, thanks for your response, i checked the vídeo driver and it was outdated, i picked up the lastest version and currently i’m checking to see if the problem will occur again, until the end of te day if no error i let you know if the problem was solved.
