XiBo Windows client v2- R255.3-win32-x86 does not login with correct CMS key

I have checked time and date settings
And I have used the same CMs key as suggested

Autorised XiBo v2-r255.3 x86 Client however refuses to login and start showing layouts…
please advise how to correct, I believe consumer is not able to change the CMS key
(it is set during setup!) as you can see (please trust me ;)) the CMS key are exactly the same

Hello and welcome.

When you use the Player options menu and click connect, what message do you get back? If it says anything other than a message indicating the CMS key is invalid, then your problem is something else.

Yes, it was solved by your support mail… I had mis/read/understood the caracters in the CMS key.
