Xibo Upgrade from 1.7.8 to 3.1 Failing on database migration

I am attempting to upgrade a Xibo 1.7.8 version running on Windows to a Linux docker configuration on Ubuntu 22.04. I have installed docker, copied over my database and started the installation. However it’s failing when doing the database migration, specifically on step OldUpgradeStep127Migration. The error I am getting is:

SQLSTATE[42S21]: Column already exists: 1060 Duplicate column name ‘recurrenceRepeatsOn’

Any ideas how I can get past this step?

Could I first check that you have not attempted to upgrade from 1.7.8 straight to 3.1? Direct upgrades from 1.7 are not supported. Please see the following pages for further details: Upgrading the CMS / Upgrade and switch to Xibo for Docker install

Thanks Natasha. I did not realize you can’t upgrade directly. I will move from 1.7 to 1.8 and then go from there.
