Xibo stops responding

“Xibo isn’t responding, do you want to close it?” I have had this error show up periodically. The players it show up on are in different locations and it happens at different times. I am running server version 1.8.7. The players are DS devices running 1.8-103, XMR is seems to be configured correctly. Any idea why this might be happening?

Could you clarify which DS Devices are you using please?

DSCS9 or DSCJ 18/19 ?

Could be good to test with the same happens with R104 (you should be able to upgrade your players via CMS).

What kind of content are you displaying? Videos? Online content?

Are there any errors in CMS logs when the issue occurs on one of the players?
