Xibo server I cant upload videos, error "true"

Hi,
I have Xibo server 1.7.4, and worked well, I could upload video file, but now I can´t.
The error ocurr while I try upload a video, I select a video, I click on “start upload” and the transference begins, but before it ends, the transfer stops and, appears only “true” under the file name.

What happen?, where will I find the log file?

My configuration in php.ini:
post_max_size=128M
upload_max_filesize=128M
max_input_time=120
max_execution_time=900

I restart the server completly and the fault remains

Try using only alpha numeric characters in the file name.

Hi cslaughter, not depend of the filename, I can upload files whit the same types of characters and work fine.

In an new test, i can upload these file and more!, I achieve this goal on a night time in my country, whitout any change.
But, I want know which is the fault.

Is it possible you have a space limitation issue? How much free space do you have where the CMS library is located? If on a shared server, are you hitting a limitation?

No, I haven’t space limitation. Look at the attached files. In E: drive is in the library folder, have 336GB free space.
I haven’t any limitation in space use. But, where is the log file of Xibo Server? To find some log of this error.

I am not sure what the problem would be then. Maybe @Dan will have a better answer as to what the problem is and can point you to what to look for in the log.

You can follow the process in the “fault” page to generate a log.

Do you have a library quota for a user/user group or the whole CMS?

Ok, so you don’t have any library quota for user or user groups, right?

Is it 1.7.7 CMS? If not could you please try to upgrade it to 1.7.7?

As for report fault page process, you’d
click the 'enable debugging’
recreate the issue - ie try to upload a new file
collect and save data - it will generate and download troubleshooting.txt log file.

For now I’d upgrade to 1.7.7, make sure you have fully qualified path to the library in CMS settings to avoid issues with players and then try uploading something new.

The file generated is attached (in pdf because the web do not admit txt files)

What can I get of this file?

I have several Displays in production, so I can upgrade the server on the weekend if necessary.

Well in this case, there isn’t much, well there are no logs there, did you try to recreate the issue once you enabled debugging?

In Any case, I’d recommend upgrade to 1.7.7, then make sure you have fully qualified path to the CMS library in CMS settings - ‘Library location’ section - Xibo CMS Post-Installation Setup Guide

If the problem will persist in 1.7.7 then you’d need to actually recreate the issue in CMS to generate some logs - ie when you can click turn on debugging and save data there will be no longs in there.

Also, the troubleshoot.txt file contains some ‘sensitive’ data about your CMS, so you might want to edit that out, we’re mostly interested in the logs section anyway.

Hey, I dont know if you solved it yet, but when I am getting the response true it was my MAXREQUESTLEN that wassnt correct. What is in your php error log?

I have not solved my problem, but I have not updated to version 1.7.7.

I do not understand what they mean these errors, but occur frequently.
In Addition this error does not always occur, if not (when I have more urgency jaja) during the daytime. At night no problems, I upload large files without problems. This service is used by several people during the day and always need to work properly.
Where is MAXREQUESTLEN? To check it
