# Xibo Problem CMS Waiting for conversion

Hello,
I have CMS 3.3.3 on a Windows machine XAMPP with player installed (media target directory is different)
When I insert an image under layout I get waiting for conversion and I can’t finish the layout. Therefore, no publication is possible.
Does anyone know the problem and has an idea?

Check if the resolution of your image it’s bigger than your layout resolution.

Hello,
What could be the problem that the conversion of the images when creating the layout is displayed but not carried out? I just always see waiting for conversion. Do I have to bring the images into the correct format myself beforehand for the selected layout?
When I go to the error report under extension, I don’t get any errors
