Are you going to upgrade the Android player to Android TV? so we could use boxes powered by Android TV, like this: https://www.android.com/tv/xiaomi-mi-box/

We’ve not tested on Android TV.
Currently we support the standard Android build, and suggest the devices on our Recommended Hardware List for best compatibility.
If we are able to support Android TV at a future date, or we recommend a device that runs that, then it would appear on the Recommended Hardware List.
