I have a setup where I have 3 data projectors connected to a single computer used to display videos in a loop. All three of them are in a row an they are calibrated to show a one single huge desktop screen. For calibration I use Immersive Display Pro https://fly.elise-ng.net/index.php/mi-display-pro-home
xibo is configured to show single layout design of size 5760x1080
I have encountered problem when xibo desktop player is in fullscreen mode in somehow overrides calibration and the final image is therefore uncalibrated therefore broken (like data projectors overlays and image is unscaled ).
I have also seen that when xibo player is not in a fullscreen mode (use alt+tab) calibration works. So it is an issue when xibo player is on the top.
I use
windows 10
xibo player 1.7.9 (latest stable)
Immersive Display PRO
I am kindly asking for guidance how to manage this issue.
Try fixing the size of the Player to be your display resolution. You do that by creating a Display Settings profile in the CMS, assigning the size and offset, and then in the Display page, set that profile for that Display.
Then start the Player, allow it to register, and then restart it.
If it isn’t working then, I don’t think there’s much we can do to help you. The Player is just a Windows forms application. Perhaps the people from Immersive Display PRO can help to find out why you’re having an issue?
I had to play a bit with setup actually to find numbers that worked a but when I have found a proper combination of width and height it magically started working.
Seems auto mode for dimensions not working properly with immersive …
