Xibo installation without docker warning ZeroMQ missing

Hi Xibo Community,

I have installed Xibo without docker. It gives me a warning ZeroMQ is missing. I have downloaded this library and installed in the XAMPP but still it gives me this warning. please anyone have idea how to fix this warning?

You need both the ZeroMQ Library and the PHP bindings for it. Please do take a look at our Prepare Your Environment and XMR - Push Messaging manual pages.
