Xibo Client (v1.6.3) username and password incorrect

Hello,

I have recently upgraded a PC that has Xibo Client installed to Windows 10. Since then everytime I run Xibo it gives out an unhandled exception that “the username and password are incorrect.” I am not sure what username and password the message is talking about as there are no proxy settings and the client is registered on the website. Any help would be much appreciate. Below are some details from the unhandled exception:

I’m not quite sure to be honest, perhaps after Windows upgrade it did something not exactly right with user accounts on this PC? As Xibo itself does not require any passwords.

It could be good to upgrade your installation to at least 1.7 series (1.7.9 CMS and player) and see if the issue persists.

I might have to upgrade CMS and the player. It was on Windows 8 Pro before, and the player was acting up. It was closing out the program every now and then, that’s why I decided to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro. Thanks for your reply, Peter.

It looks to me like it is trying to access/create its library folder and cannot due to permissions

Well, the library is on the CMS. It’s not a local library. I will though double check those.
