Xibo client unable to connect to remote server

Dear Team,

i’m trying to connect a Windows Client to a Xibo server. It keeps reporting error “Unable to connect to the remote server”, but if i click on “Display Admin” on the Xibo Player i can see the Xibo login page. I turn off Firewall but it continue to to show the same message.

Anyone can help me?

What CMS and player version it is?

I assume it’s local CMS, do you try to connect to it via ip or localhost url?
Perhaps change your server configuration to listen for 0.0.0.0:80 (ie http connections via ip)

I use CMS version 1.7.5. I don’t use local connect. My server address http://10.0.8.78
