Windows player becomes inactive

Hello, we have a problem with the Windows Player. A website is displayed in Xibo on our Windows PC. After a few hours, however, the player freezes and you can no longer click anything on the touchscreen monitor. The PC reacts normally, only Xibo is inactive. After restarting xibo, everything works normally again. The energy saving options on the Windows PC are set so that the screen never becomes inactive and the PC never goes into sleep mode.

We have a Windows 10 Pro and Xibo Player 4 R403.1

Does anyone have any idea why the player always freezes after a while?

Check your Windows Logfiles, applications. What is the errorcode on the application of Xibo. It should say why it is crashing after a few hours.

Hi, where did i find the log? In the XiboClient Library folder is no log. Here is an example of my status file:
