This is a video that you or someone with access to your CMS has uploaded. Look in Media/Library - You can also look in the library folder on the client / player and see if it has been downloaded completely

Alternatively, you can retrieve the information by using the API with the mediaId parameter:
http://example.com/api/library?mediaId=738

If neither approach works, you can try deleting the entry for that media file from the xibo MySQL db via command line or the windows gui tool . I’d delete the layout and recreate it afterwards
