Hello Xibo community,
I am a new Xibo(cloud) user and have successfully setup a few layouts. I would like to setup a layout that uses the webpage module. I followed the manual and the webpage does not show. The message on the screen says “refused to connect”. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

If your CMS is hosted on our cloud service, please note that you can open a ticket on the Xibo help desk for further support:

Could you create a ticket using the above link, set the help topic to Technical Support and provide the details of the issue you are experiencing? If you can put the ticket for attention of Daniel and include the URL of your CMS, I can investigate the issue.
