Any idea why this URL is not working?  
[http://www.vt.panovision.co.il/herzliyapark/herzliyapark.html](http://www.vt.panovision.co.il/herzliyapark/herzliyapark.html)

I understand the error regarding the flash but is there anything I can do? This is a URL my client demands to display.
