Weather Widget Issue - formatting/widget resolution

I am getting a weather widget issue (attached). Has anyone seen this before? Here are the troubleshooting steps / information I have found thus far without getting a resolution:
-Weather issue is not tied to a specific layout - seems to be tied to the display
-I have several layouts and the issue occurs on a few displays regardless of which layout is playing
-I have assigned different layouts to the displays having the issue - doesn’t help
-The the majority of the displays playing each layout do not have the weather widget issue
-Attempted to change resolution settings on the computer display - doesn’t help
-Uninstalled and installed the latest version of Xibo - doesn’t help
-I changed the way I assigned layouts to the computers in question
-I have been adding computers as members to a group and assigned a layout to the group. I took the
computers in question out of the group and assigned different layouts directly to the computer - doesn’t
help

Any thoughts or possible resolutions? Thanks!

Obviously the widget picture is different but this is how the formatting of the widget should look like. For the majority of the displays DO look like the one above.

Just to clarify, could you confirm player and CMS versions please?

Presumably layout is set to 1080p resolution, are all the displays set to that resolution as well?

If it happens to be windows player, could you please check Windows Display settings -> change the size of text, apps, and other items that it is set to 100%?

Can you also make sure you have IE11 installed on that client?
on some systems with older versions of IE on them, the rendering can get wonky.

Currently none of the machines that are online (I monitor them remotely), are affected by this issue. I will need to go onsite for one of the locations being affected in order to get that information to you. I will follow up in a few days. Thanks!
