My machine is Win 10 64bits with docker and CMS 1.8rc3.
My client doesnt start and watch dog keeps restarting with the messages:
-Restarting - Kiling process: process count threshold exceeded
-Restarting - Too many active processes
Is there anything unusual about the Player? For example have you renamed it?
Is this a new installation or an upgrade from a previous install?
If you kill the watchdog, does it restart itself again?

As a first step can you try renaming the watchdog exe file in the watchdog/x86 folder of your Xibo installation folder, which will prevent the watchdog from being automatically started when Xibo starts?
For some reason it is detecting that there are too many XiboClient.exe processes running and I am not sure why that would be the case.
After this does Xibo start, and if so, how many XiboClient.exe processes do you have running in Task Manager?
Remove xibo player 1.79 and install 1.8.1. I was starting reboot every minutes before licence display. Even it continue rebooting after licenced. But after reboot player the problem is solved. No problem now.
