Hi CraftedInSteel,

I found a similar post with the same error that you are getting when trying to play a video on your Xibo for Windows (XfW) player; you can find the post [here](https://community.xibo.org.uk/t/media-plays-on-windows-media-player-legacy-but-not-on-the-player-err-2099/33422). As suggested in the post, could you please try to reinstall the Windows Media Player?
