V4 RSS Ticker doesn't show latest messages

Hi, after migrating to R4 the RSS ticker doesn’t show the latest messages. I configured number of items 4, take items from the start of the feed. It shows messages 6-10, it always starts with message 10. I have to configure 10 items to see the latest message. I want to show the latest 4

We setup a xibo test server with CMS 3.3.8. Here we do see the latest messages on the same rss feeds
