I am doing the installation of Xibo, can you inform me if I can use it free for commercial use passing advertising or I have to make the acquisition of licenses to use this way I want to work
The Xibo CMS and Windows Player are released to you under AGPLv3. You should read and understand that licence.

The Players for Android and webOS are commercially licensed and do attract a licence fee.
