My shared/backup/db/latest.tar.gz is older than 24 hours. It is from March 29th. My installation will upload media correctly. Not sure how to proceed with the upgrade.
When you upload a file, is it definitely correctly written in to shared/cms/library
You should find it in there as the highest numbered file.
Are the ibdata1 and ib_logfile0 files in shared/db dated today?
A media upload is correctly being written to the shared/cms/library. It is the highest number file.
The files ibdata1,ib_logfile0, and ib_logfile1 are dated today.
It’s safe to proceed then.
That database backup file should be created every 24 hours. Please keep an eye after upgrade and we can work through why it isn’t if it remains an issue.
