Update CMS 1.7 to 1.8.1

Hello Community,
I want to update our CMS 1.7 to 1.8.1 (no Docker installation)!
I’ve extract the 1.8.1 Zip File to the server und named ist same like the old one.
The old one i’ve named “xibo1.7” so i think it is right.

After this i’ve put the “setting.php” file from the old folder into the new one. Now it should work, but it don’t work…

I have to visit the Address like bevor and the install instruction should pop up. But It don’t do, Have you any Idea or better Description for me to update my Server?

You can also have a look here http://xibo.org.uk/manual/en/install_environment.html as your environment might need some changes as well, like adjusting the document root for example.
