Unknown Response when trying to connect to CMS

Hi There! When i am trying to connect my player to the CMS server, An unknown message is being displayed in the message box. Attached is the screenshot.

The IP address, Secret key as well as the connectivity is all okay. I never came across this kind of a message which is being displayed.

Any help would really be appreciated :slight_smile: Thanks in Advance!

Hi there,

There must be something between your Player and that IP address - the message in the error box doesn’t come from Xibo.
