Here is what I have in the config
In Administration–> Maintenance, the time out was set to 1 minute and unplugging power from the DSCS9 boxes did not result in a email being sent
The Notification Centre shows the notifications for display offline and recovery, the user has email notification enabled, but no email is received by the user.
