I have added a new display to my Cloud CMS. I’m using a DSCS9 to deliver content to the new display. The display is showing “Authorised” and “Logged In”. The layout I’m trying to display has a check mark in the status column. The new display has an “x” in the Status column. I have tried rebooting the DSCS9, clearing the cache, verifying the modules, and uninstalling the display several times. I continue to receive and “x” in the display status. I am attaching the Status screenshots from the DSCS9.

If you’re using a Cloud CMS then you are entitled to contact our service desk directly where you’ll get a faster response. Just email support@xibosignage.com and they’ll assist.
I can see from your screenshots that you’ve entered the CMS address incorrectly. It should be just https://southwoods.xibo.co.uk but you appear to have entered http://southwoods.xibo.co.uk/xmds.php
If you correct that, I think that will sort your issue out.
If not, then it’s worth going to the Modules
page inside your CMS and clicking the Verify All
button.
