Unable to create a user with the wizard if more than 10 groups

Issue

We have more than ten groups, and when we create a user, as there is no scrolling, we cannot assign the user to one of the other groups (after the tenth).
We can create it manually, but in this procedure we cannot assign share folder to user… Or I failed to do it manually.

The dev team have confirmed that the User Group issues with the onboarding wizard and Users Group assignment from the User grid, will be fixed in the 3.1.2 CMS release.
