Two CMS Docker and one XMR Docker

Hello, good afternoon.

I am trying to have 2 independent CMS in Docker, but with a single XMR to avoid having so many containers and so many Ports messes.

I have tried them all in a single network, in different networks, and they don’t work for me… do I have to add a parameter or something so that it accepts from different CMS??

I have been looking for information but I have not found anything to have it that way, although once I read that it could be done.

P.d.: It only works for me in 1 CMS

Thank you and greetings.

Hola buenas tardes.

Having one XMR isn’t a config we’d support, but it is possible if you want to do it.

You’d need to create a docker network just for XMR, and run your XMR container connected to that network, and exposing on the public port to the outside world.

Then in your CMS installs, you wouldn’t run an XMR container, but instead would connect the cms-web container to your XMR network.

Hello, good afternoon/evening.

I have tried many ways and it doesn’t work for me.

I have it since it receives requests through port 50001 from the outside and from the 2 containers it also pings internally from the different CMS

Could it be, that there is like a key to validate the code? I try it by sending a reboot and a screenshot, and it works for me on the old server I had, but a new CMS doesn’t work for me.

Hola buenas tardes/noches.

I have already found the solution.

The problem was in the Database in the “setting” table in “XMR_ADDRESS” since it entered another port 5001 and did not take the data from the docker variables.

Is there an option in the CMS preferences where it can be updated or changed?

I have already done the test with 3 cms, and it works.

Thanks.

Gracias.
