Installation Method - Custom Install I think (It was a long time ago)
Docker or Custom install
Operating System - Shared linux hosting
The operating system the CMS is installed on
Issue - The cms will not respond when I visit the url. Blank page.
Please describe in detail the issue you are experiencing, including any errors shown in the Logs section of the CMS.
Provide screenshots where possible!
Is there a simple way to upgrade the install? I have ftp access to the folders etc.
