I purchased two devices and tried to connect to CMS from android device. It said the device needs to get authorized by CMS administrator. But I open the CMS-displays, no device is shown. But when I hit the dashboard, it notices me that the device is logged in but not authorized. How to solve this issue?
Which CMS version are you using please?
Have you tried clearing browser cache / use different browser?
We’d definitely expect the second display to be in the Displays page as a new display record, especially if you can see it on the Dashboard.
Thank you Peter. It was just a silly mistake that I made. I should picked the option of "no"in authorized column and then the new device showed.
