So I am testing Xibo with the 14 day trial, but the display is telling my it is currently un-licensed and will not update from the CMS.
The system is telling me my trial is expired. I won’t be authorized to purchase without a test.
Does anyone have an answer why my trial was expired. It was installed less then an hour ago.
It’s absolutely critical that the date and time are correct on your device before you install the Player software. That is shown in the installation guide which you can find here:
To recover, please uninstall Xibo for Android, and then work your way through the installation guide again, ensuring that the date and time are correct before installing the software. You will then get your trial as expected.
