Ticker Problem With Imagens Dependencies

I have already done several tests of configurations in TIcker.
Unfortunately I still have the problem of displaying feeds layouts with just the text (NO PICTURE) and in a few minutes an image appears.

I believe the ideal is to create a dependency between the elements (Ticker) of the layout. All items are not downloaded, we must treat them as invalid, until all dependencies and downloaded.

This is causing me major problems with my clients, I need support from XIBO for this to be resolved.

I even made the adjustments they requested:

SCHEDULE_LOOKAHEAD = OK
REQUIRED_FILES_LOOKAHE = 172800

Tickers are processed every 180 minutes.

I’m having a similar issue with applying a Ticker to one of my layouts, also just a text ticker. When it is applied it crashes the entire client with an invalid dependency error.

This problem did not happen in CMS 1.7, this really is bad …

Display a ticker (text only) without displaying the images (dependencies).

While there are dependencies the layout should be invalid.

We have taken some steps to improve this in 1.8.4 and 1.8.5 (should be out shortly) - there were some issues with it, namely:

The issues were basically due to cache invalidation. Please wait for 1.8.5 and then upgrade to see if the problem persists.
