On multiple layouts I have created a text region, set the Marquee effect (doesn’t matter if it’s left or right) and expanded the region to cover the bottom of the layout. It appears fine in design view, but in preview the text appears with a cut off from the right. There is no pause as if it isn’t appearing, it simply starts there, there are no other regions in the layout.
I have changed the font, the size and the text itself but nothing makes any difference. If I shorten the width of the region, it moves the starting point of the scrolling text to the left by the same amount.
Has anyone else encountered this issue or knows how to fix this? Ideally I would like scrolling text across the entire width of the layout.
