i am doing live stream from foxs news and the stream is looking rely bad on the TVs when i go into cms looks fin

how do i fix’s this problem

It’s rather hard to say from the details you’ve mentioned.

I guess that’s YouTube stream? Perhaps it’s not loaded in suitable quality setting?

Sometimes when things happen like that, I am opening the stream directly in Internet Explorer on the client, and looks if everything is okay.

For example, the cookies message is also solved in that way. Opening the page manually, click on cookies, and after that the CMS is working without cookie messages.

i need to have a stream on the same network not going out to the net

i will need the player to check the main network for the stream i do not no how to do that
