In the Layout lists, when you copy a layout and then change the background, the old preview thumbnail still shows, does not update to the last updated background. If you click on the thumbnail the correct image is shown.
It’s probably just browser cache, if you’d clear cache (open it in different browser(or incognito mode)) it should be updated in the thumbnail as well.
I believe this is something that we also fixed in 1.8.11 (next CMS release), so that should not be a problem in that version.

Yes, was the cache. thank you. Is there any way do force to refresh the cache in here, using code in maybe layout page twig?

Same problem I have too. CMS 1.8.11 and Browser: Google Chrome
It is cache issue, they image is actually replaced and players should show correct content.
With that being said, it is obviously something we would like to fix, as such there is an issue for it marked for 1.8.12 - https://github.com/xibosignage/xibo/issues/1616
