Status - Display is out of date but has not yet checked in with the server

Please help, what does that message mean? I have scheduled my layouts as usual but my screen has resorted to default and will not update.

It means that you’ve scheduled new content, but the Player hasn’t connected to the CMS to download it yet.

If it stays that way for longer than your collection interval, then you should investigate as it’s likely that either the Player isn’t running, has no network connection, or there’s another issue with it.

Looking at the Player status screen (on Windows, press i, or on Android, click on Status) will give you the information you need to understand why it’s not connecting.
