SQL Network Error on Docker Install

Issue

Webpage started showing the following error for us instead of login randomly, I’m not aware of any changes being made to the server before this started, I rebooted a couple times first:

Fatal Error - sorry this shouldn't happen.
SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Try again

Since reboot didn’t fix it, I updated aaaalll the things, but the issue continues. We have a pretty plain setup, no special ports or yaml config.

Looks like SQL container may be restarting repeatedly.

Never got help here, ended up taking a backup of the DB, then rolling the whole system back to a stray VM checkpoint that I hadn’t deleted and that worked when loaded. Shutdown docker, deleted the old DB data, imported the newer copy, triggered an update of the Xibo docker. Everything worked, updated the OS, everything continued to work.
