I’am looking to install xibo application in distant payed hosting server, but need to know how can i choose a best hosting configuration for the xibo application.

We generally don’t recommend running Xibo on any kind of shared hosting environment - and that will become even more difficult with the release of 1.8 series in the coming months.
You either need a VPS to run the software on, a dedicated server, or you could use one of the many companies that offer Xibo hosting as a service - including the project sponsors. Then all the setup and maintenance is done for you.

VPS hosting , but as you know , each client need a big video library, and
Spring signage offer only 500 MB for storage for each doisplay.
I have for only one video 1GB . for each client we need more GB storage.

It’s 500MB per display slot. You can buy additional slots to increase the total storage available. You can spread that storage across all the Displays as you wish. If you were to use that 1GB video on multiple displays, then that only counts once to your storage total.
Otherwise, if you want to self-host, you would need to get a VPS and someone familiar with running a server on the public internet to get a suitable system.
