Simple network monitor functions?

Hi all,

I’m just starting out exploring Xibo and what it can do. I was wondering if anybody had run across a Module that can perform simple network tests (eg. ping) and reflect the results in a region or widget. Years ago I used something called Polymon RT, obviously that kind of functionality would be great, but one thing at a time.

I have considered doing the network monitoring seperately and then presenting the results as a web page, then dropping that into a region. But I was hoping for something integral.

Network monitoring isn’t something Xibo can do for you, but as you suggested it can display the output from a monitoring application. Personally I use Nagios and embed the tactical overview view in Xibo.
