So right now I have multiple users using one display. One user will un-schedule another user’s layout occasionally… making the other user mad of course. I don’t want to take away scheduling permissions completely but I want each user to only be able to schedule / un-schedule their own layouts. Is this possible?e
What permissions to the display does this users have?
Do you have Schedule with view permissions? set to Yes or No?
I have schedule with view permissions on. I have turned it off before but not sure exactly what it does. I still want everyone to be able to schedule their own content but not be able to turn off other’s content.
If your users all have edit permissions to that display then they will see and be able to edit/delete all events scheduled to that display regardless of that setting.
That would only have an impact if your users have only the view permission to the display.
Perhaps there is something we could do to improve that, but it does not seem to happen very often for multiple people to have to plan the schedule for one display like that.
In this case you kind of want them to see all events etc, if for nothing else just to make sure they create the events in the correct times etc.
