Hello Good Day!
I have followed the steps that is I saw in this topic.[Unable to display scheduled campaign or layout to Xibo Windows Player](https://community.xibo.org.uk/t/unable-to-display-scheduled-campaign-or-layout-to-xibo-windows-player/175)
and I think it is working.I just change the values in windows profile setting to random time and when I press the information “I” it shows the date of my computer but not the time" but it showed my scheduled campaign when I delete the campaign it goes back to default campaign. however when I create a new scheduled campaign or layout. it goes back to 1/1/0001.

The bug in the topic you referenced is fixed in 1.7.3 release (current is 1.7.5)
Could you please try to upgrade your CMS and windows player to the newest versions?
