I also noted that I did not see the Displays menu during your Video, can you confirm what the Status changes to when you schedule a new Layout to your Windows Player?
- If the file is not downloaded: the status changes to “Display is downloading new files”
- If the file is already downloaded: the status changes to " Display is out of date but has not yet checked in with the server" and a few seconds later the status changes to “Display is up to date”
Can you also confirm if the issue is the same if you delete the previous Event and create a new one instead of modifying an existing one?
